Bob Siebel, President

Robert SiebelRobert Siebel, CFACHCA, is President of Carriage Healthcare Companies, Inc., a multi-state operator of long term care facilities, as well as a consulting firm providing services to facilities, financial institutions and other entities interested in the field of long term care.

A licensed administrator since 1971, Bob has served as President of the American College of Health Care Administrators, as Chairman of the Long Term Care Professional Technical Advisory Committee for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and has conducted seminars for nursing home professionals in over 45 states to groups such as the American Hospital Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Chicago Municipal Analysis Society, the Health Care Financial Management Association and others.

Bob has served as an expert witness in a dozen states, has published numerous articles on various aspects of long term care, and is the recipient of both the Distinguished Service Award and the Educator of the Year Award from the American College of Health Care Administration.

Bob is the author of A Very Personal Look at the First 50 Years of Long Term Care, which is a touching and often humorous overview of the senior care industry from it's infancy, the development of regulation, the beginnings and progression of Medicare/Medicaid, and life as an administrator in the ever-changing landscape of senior care. Stephanie Sherman, Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie ShermanStephanie has devoted the last 23 years to long-term care and has spent the last 16 years in administration. She is currently responsible for the operational oversight of 20 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Her responsibilities include providing operational support and implementing the necessary infrastructure and operational policies necessary to manage the facilities, while ensuring financial viability and success. Stephanie is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration - Health Care Management. She is also a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators.


Cindy de Moye, Chief Financial Officer

Cindy de MoyeCindy ensures processes and systems for the completions of financials are accurate, complete and timely. She has over 25 years of leadership experience in finance, accounting, operations, process improvement and coaching. Her experience also includes healthcare, telecommunications, service, agricultural, and start-up companies. She has passion and skills for finding a “better way” through improving business processes, finding and eliminating what isn’t working, leveraging resources, and reducing unnecessary costs. Cindy's past positions include public accounting, internal auditing, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement and project management. She has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Colorado State University. She also designs, manages, and directs wellness initiatives for the Carriage Healthcare family. She is deeply involved in the community through volunteering in activities such as CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Habitat for Humanity, and is a church practitioner and teacher.


Kirstin Pedretti, Chief Innovation Officer

Kirstin DunsworthKirstin holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s of Professional Studies in Healthcare Leadership with an emphasis in Strategic Management of Healthcare Organizations.  She was the Administrator-in-Training at a Continuum of Care Retirement Community consisting of a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Adult Day Care. Upon completion, she became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Her passion and responsibilities include project innovation and strategic management to enrich the quality of lives and care for seniors. She is a key member in assessment, design, and implementation of projects and innovation throughout our facilities. She has been a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators since 2008.


Chris Smith, Privacy and Compliance Officer

Chris SmithChris Smith is our Privacy and Compliance Officer, encompassing corporate compliance and HIPAA. Chris maintains and monitors the corporate hotline available to all residents, family members and staff with concerns regarding ethical business practices associated with any of our facilities.

With over 25 years’ of experience in the long term care industry as a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and complaint survey manager for the State of Colorado, Chris oversees all compliance and HIPAA officers appointed in each of our managed facilities.


Mary Sibbing, Director of Facility Operations

Mary has over 30 years of experience in the field of Geriatric Nursing. Mary has worked in every aspect of geriatric nursing, including CNA, Staff Nurse and Quality Assurance Nurse. Prior to joining Carriage Healthcare, Mary was employed by a multi-national medical device company. Her roles for this company included Clinical Consultant/Educator and Director of Eastern Clinical Consultants, and she was the recipient of several leadership and achievement awards. Mary’s lifelong passion has been geriatric care. She brings this passion to Carriage Healthcare with the goal of assuring optimal care for the residents and loved ones of Carriage Healthcare.


M. Beth Miller, Manager of Human Resources

Beth Miller Beth Miller is responsible for all payroll, benefits, employee relations and implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Beth began her career 10 years ago as a human resources assistant for a local bank where she fell in love with human resources, specifically, benefits. She has since received a certificate of Strategic Human Resource Management and a Masters of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Her past experience includes multi-state/multi-location administration of health, life, FSA, 401K plans, payroll processing, open enrollment, and Family and Medical Leave Administration in various industries including banking, ski/golf resorts, manufactured housing, engineering, and a professional employer organization.


Julie Noone, Senior Marketing Coordinator

Julie NooneA diverse background provides Julie with a large scope of experience in advertising, marketing, graphic design, web design, business development, and project management. She’s put her abilities to work in many areas including the music industry, newspaper and magazine publishing, real estate, property management, business ownership, and now the healthcare industry with Carriage Healthcare. Julie also provides office management and property management services for Carriage. She has a degree in graphic design from Loyola University. Julie also enjoys real estate investing, rehab, and property management, and holds a Colorado real estate license.
